Compare Outlearn to the system you already run
Side by side with Chatbase, Helply and the rest: what each one does, what it costs, and the capability gaps in both directions. Prices are verified against each vendor’s published pricing and dated on the page.
Outlearn vs Freshdesk
A mature, cheap helpdesk priced per agent, with SSO on its entry plan. Outlearn charges nothing per seat.

Outlearn vs Zendesk
A fair AI meter, exports switched off until you ask, and a bill that counts agents. Outlearn reads your Guide in place.

Outlearn vs ManyChat
ManyChat bills every person you can reach, because Instagram marketing is the job. Outlearn bills the answers it writes.

Outlearn vs Chatbase
Both take real actions. Only Outlearn reads Confluence, SharePoint and Drive, and scopes each answer to what that customer may see.

Outlearn vs Helply
Helply bills every ticket that reaches it, resolved by AI or not. Outlearn bills only the AI replies it actually generates.

Outlearn vs Front
Front's price is attached to how many people you employ: seat 11 takes a team from $3,000 to $8,580 a year. Ours is attached to how much the agent does.

Outlearn vs Help Scout
Help Scout Pro bills a ten-seat floor at $75 each, so $9,000 a year before one AI answer. Outlearn charges nothing per seat.

Outlearn vs Gorgias
A conversation Gorgias's AI fully resolves bills twice, as a ticket and as an automated interaction. One it fails bills once.

Outlearn vs Tidio
Lyro bills a conversation the first time it replies, not when it resolves one. Only an immediate handoff is free.

Outlearn vs Zoho Desk
The cheapest helpdesk here, with 30 million free AI tokens a month. Its AI reads your Zoho knowledge base and little else it publishes.

Outlearn vs LiveChat
Two products and two bills: the inbox is per seat, and the AI agent is a separate ChatBot.com subscription on top.

Outlearn vs Intercom
Fin's meter is fair and we say so. The bill underneath it is per seat, and Fin reads no SharePoint and no Drive.

How we write these
- Every page ends with a numbered list of the vendor's own published pages that we read, with the date we read them.
- Where a competitor beats us, the page says so in the table and in the prose, on the row it happens. What we will not do is spend a section recommending you buy them.
- Pricing is compared at a stated volume with the assumptions written out, because per-credit, per-ticket and per-resolution pricing are not directly comparable without them.
- If we have something wrong, tell us at team@outlearn.com and we will fix it and move the date.
